The person redeeming the voucher must produce a copy of the email the purchaser received when they arrive for their treatment.
It must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase date and receipt of this email, unless pre-arranged for a later date. When making a booking to redeem this voucher if you are a no show or cancel on the day without a reasonable reason the voucher will become void, as our time is precious, we do appreciate your understanding.
